Intro to Yoga
This gentle beginner class series introduces yoga, fundamental principles of alignment, and breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose.
Guided Meditation and Sound Bath
This guided meditation allows you to reboot and end the practice feeling completely rejuvenated. A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body. When you sink into a Sound Bath and guide your awareness to listening, you allow your brain waves to slow, shifting from a more active state to a more relaxed state, or even a dreamlike state.

Parent-Babe Yoga (newborn – 2 years)
You and your baby will play while you practice yoga, occasionally sing songs, explore movement, practice infant massage, and connect with other parents and babies. Feeding, diaper changing, crying babies, sleeping babies, and playful babies are all welcome during class.
Non-Walking Babes
Yoga for Littles (ages 3-5)
Classes are fun, creative, and playful to allow the young yogis and yoginis to use their imaginations as we learn simple yoga poses, playful breathing exercises and relaxation. Classes incorporate music, art, story-telling, cooperative games and endless imagination as an introduction to yoga.
Gentle Yoga
Come relax, breathe and meditate as we practice Hatha Yoga. This slow, calm class will leave you relaxed and grounded. Individual variations make this class perfect for all practitioners.
Prenatal Yoga
In this class, you will learn postures to support the bodies flexibility, positions to calm common discomforts of pregnancy, while finding focus through balance and the breath. Prenatal Yoga is used to help mothers stay healthy throughout pregnancy, remain flexible and strength. This yoga class includes poses, deep breathing, relaxation and meditation that may be practiced through all trimesters (clearing any medical issues with the care provider). Prenatal Yoga is a great way to connect with other mothers-to-be and establish friendships that go far beyond birth. Our last class will focus on comfort measures during labor, therefore we invite you to bring your support partner to this class!
Yin Yoga
Improve connective tissues, reduce stress, mental focus, flexibility and circulation. Stretching and deepening into poses to open blockages allowing energy to flow freely in the body and creates a meditative state to cultivate acceptance and surrender.
Zumba
Get your heart pumping with this exciting combination of exotic rhythms and high-energy beats in a fun, exhilarating dance party workout! Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. The goal is simple: to want to work out, to love working out and to get hooked. Zumba® fanatics achieve long-term benefits in one exhilarating hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements.

Zumba Gold
A modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. This class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography focusing on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and leave feeling empowered and strong!

Chair Yoga
Chair yoga with Kim Smarr is an hour class that uses a chair as a prop and as a tool to make the yoga practice assessable for anyone. Start with the breath and mindful moments. Expect to move your spine, strengthen major muscle groups and improve balance in this fun community-oriented class!
