Mad Russian Event Center – Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is included in the facility rental fee?
    • The base price includes a day of coordinator, being able to use the facility from 12 pm-11 pm, tables and chairs, linens (white or ivory for a wedding), napkins, cake cutting, dessert plates and forks, and a table setting with flatware and a water glass.

  • How many guests can the venue hold?
    • We are able to accommodate up to 200 guests.

  • How early or late can an event go?
    • Access to the event space is from 12 pm-11 pm the day-of. If you would like a morning event, the arrival time and access to the venue will be agreed upon between the event manager and host.

  • Is there a deposit that needs to be paid?
    • Yes, there is a non-refundable deposit that is due at the time of booking and signing a contract. This deposit goes toward the final invoice.

  • Is there a bar at this facility?
    • Yes, we have a full bar that is available for use at any event. The staffing is included in the facility rental fee and the set up will be decided between the host of the event and the event manager.

  • What are the options for food?
    • We do not have a full kitchen at the Event Center, any food must be contracted out through a caterer. The only requirement(s) for the caterer is that they must be full service, licensed, and insured.

Pricing

  • Facility rental fee for a wedding from May-October is $6,000. From November-April is $5,000. If you would like the ceremony on the golf course, May-October is $1,500. From November-April the pricing varies based on if the golf course is open for business.

  • For other events, pricing will vary based on group size and day of the week. We like to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. Please inquire with Ellen at epilcher@trpr.org for more information!
