Did you know February is Heart Health Month?
Let’s get your heart pumping with a FREE community challenge “Miles for your Heart“. Over the month of February we encourage you to track your miles; whether you run, walk, bike, take a fitness class, or just move your body. The goal is to complete the 56 miles to cover the boundary of the Thompson Rivers Parks & Recreation District. This virtual challenge can be done from any location! Track your miles and and turn in your log at the end of the month to be entered to win a prize.
