Chair Yoga
Chair yoga with Kim Smarr is an hour class that uses a chair as a prop and as a tool to make the yoga practice assessable for anyone. Start with the breath and mindful moments. Expect to move your spine, strengthen major muscle groups and improve balance in this fun community-oriented class.
Power Hour
All are welcome to this evening fitness class that will offer a variety of workouts for those at all levels including HIIT, cardio, mobility and strength workouts.
Gentle Yoga & Guided Meditation
