Zumba

Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. The goal is simple: to want to work out, to love working out and to get hooked. A modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. This class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography focusing on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and leave feeling empowered and strong!

Chair Yoga
Held at the Johnstown Community Center – 101 E. Charlotte Street
Chair yoga with Kim Smarr is an hour class that uses a chair as a prop and as a tool to make the yoga practice assessable for anyone. Start with the breath and mindful moments. Expect to move your spine, strengthen major muscle groups and improve balance in this fun community-oriented class!
