This is an introduction to jazz, classical ballet, and acro stylings for young dancers.
Combo-style dance
Recommended clothing is comfortable, form-fitting clothing to allow full movement expression. Hair should be pulled back, out of the face.

Welcome to Youngsters on the Move! This is an unstructured open gym for youngsters to explore, play and do the activities they want, as well as time for parents/caregivers and children to play together! Cost is free. We look forward to seeing you!

HUNTER EDUCATION INTERNET CONCLUSION COURSE
The major portion of this course uses the Internet to complete the mandatory homework. The online portion of the class must be completed before attending class. The online course is at
https://www.hunter-ed.com/colorado/ and the cost is $29. You will need to bring your course completion certificate to class.
This course is the in-person class session that is required after the online portion of the course has been completed and it is one day long on March 18, 2023 from 8:00 AM-3:00 PM.Hunter education cards will be awarded to students upon successful completion of the course, which includes attending the class session and passing a written test and live fire. The live fire portion of the course will be completed at the Milliken Police Departments Private Range, you must have your own transportation to and from the live fire. Rifles, eye & ear protection, and ammunition for the live fire will be provided. No personal firearms are allowed.
This classroom session of the Internet Conclusion Course has a fee of $10 that must be paid to Thompson Rivers Parks and Recreation through their online registration.All participants must register for the Internet Conclusion Course through the Colorado Parks and Wildlife website as well as pre-register for the course through Thompson Rivers Parks and Recreation
(https://trpr.recdesk.com/Community/Program/Detail?programId=266) where the $10 fee is to be paid; this $10 fee goes directly back to the volunteer instructor to cover supplies, gas, and the time provided by the instructor.
ALL students MUST be able to take/pass a 50-question multiple choice test. Students must take the test on their own, no notes, and be able to shoot a single-shot .22 rifle.
There is no minimum age requirement, but the recommended minimum age is 10 or older. The course is written at a fifth-grade level.
*Anyone under the age of 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Transportation is required to and from the live fire portion of the course.
Participants learn cheerleading while gaining individual dedication and teamwork experience. Motions will include tumbling, jumps, dance moves and stunting. Each season ends with a cheer performance for family and friends!

Safe Sitter Babystitting Course
The Safe Sitter Babysitting one-day course is designed to give participants the knowledge and skills needed to be safe, responsible and successful babysitters! Participants will learn safety skills, first aid and rescue skills of a choking infant and child, life and business skills, child care skills and more! This prepares students to be safe when they’re home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting. The Instructor-led class is filled with fun games and role-playing exercises. Students even get to use mannequins to practice rescue skills like choking rescue and CPR! This class does provide CPR training though it will not provide a CPR certification.
Grades: 6th-8th (ages 11-13)
