brian3

Brian

Meet our Parks Director, Brian. Brian loves the great outdoors and that his job allows him that enjoyment on a daily basis. Brian came to us with eight years of experience as a Parks and Recreation Director – a total of 16 years in the field. One of the craziest things to happen to Brian was when he was shot by a gun at age 12. He thought the sky was falling, or a tree branch. To this day, he has an array of bb’s in various parts of his body – including a bb in his cheek, recently found by a dental x-ray. Something funny about Brian is that he hates snakes – don’t tell him we told you.
Clint

Clint

Executive Director Clint Dudley is a parks and recreation professional who has been helping build happy, healthy communities through parks, programs, and partnerships for over 19 years. Clint is a lucky husband and proud father of six. He’s a bicycle junkie, and baseball fanatic. Clint is passionate about coaching young people and growing their love for sports and lifelong active lifestyles.
lindsay-trpr

Lindsay

Meet our Programs Manager, Lindsay. A University of Northern Colorado alumni, Lindsay studied Dietetics, Sport & Exercise Science, and Recreation. People are often surprised to find out that Lindsay is a thrill seeker and has enjoyed a range of activities from skydiving to swimming with sharks. Her current hobbies include photography, fitness, and spending time with her husband, their amazing boy Hendrix, and their 2 dogs Turbo and Diesel. Something funny about Lindsay is that she has an affinity for things that are shiny, from sequins to rhinestones (she may or may not own a bedazzler).
Jeff—New2

Jeff

Meet our Recreation Director, Jeff. Jeff is a University of Wyoming alumni and a former Engineer. In earlier years, Jeff raced motocross where he finished third in the state. His current hobbies include hunting, fishing, and attending his children’s sports activities. While on the job, Jeff accidentally hit the top of his head with a t-post driver (ouch!). Yep, it required stitches.
Shae – NEW

Shae

Meet our Operations Manager, Shae. With a Bachelor of Accounting degree, Shae graduated college first generation. Shae’s hobbies include playing with her puppy, hanging with friends and family, and playing sports. People are often surprised to find out that Shae had 67 stitches from a 4-wheeling accident. Something funny about Shae is that in middle school she ran a golf cart into a big white building. Fortunately, no one was injured, folks.
Crystal – NEW

Crystal

Meet our Facility Coordinator, Crystal. Crystal grew up in Milliken and graduated from Roosevelt High School. She graduated college with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. Crystal is married with three beautiful kids. She has been working at TRPR since 2008. Her favorite part of working here is the small “hometown” feel - "TRPR is like a part of my family!”
Megan

Megan

Meet our Athletics Coordinator, Megan. She has lived in Broomfield, CO her whole life and graduated from UNC with a Bachelors in Sports and Exercise Science. She stays busy outside of work participating in a variety of activities like softball, golf, volleyball, and snowboarding in the winter. Something few people know about her is she played rugby for two years in college then retired due to multiple knee injuries. She now enjoys watching the sport when there are events in town.
katiefamily

Katie

Meet our Communications Director, Katie. Katie is originally from Iowa where she graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Non-Profit Administration and Marketing. Katie has been working in Parks & Recreation since she was 15 years old - making things pretty and always making sure the community knows what is going on! Outside of TRPR Katie can be found hanging out with her husband and two girls out on the softball field or basketball court.
Oliva – NEW

Oliva

Meet our Facility Maintenance Coordinator, Olivia. Olivia is originally from Zacatecas, Mexico and moved to Milliken over 20 years ago. She has been happily married for almost 30 years and has 5 amazing kids. Olivia has worked at TRPR since the MAC opened. Prior to working at TRPR, Olivia worked for the RE5J school district for 17 years. Olivia is always finding things to keep herself busy - whether it be crafting or creating something “artsy”. She is rarely seen taking a break. Olivia’s favorite thing about Colorado is seeing the mountains.
Jarron – NEW

Jarron

Meet our Parks Manager, Jarron. A University of South Alabama graduate, Jarron currently enjoys competing in sports, going hunting and fishing, and being outdoors in general. Interestingly, he is not fond of being in large masses of water such as oceans. Something unique about Jarron is that he shares the same initials as his mom, dad and sister.
Samantha

Samantha

Meet Samantha, our Athletics Coordinator. She is a local graduate of RHS. Samantha went to Western State to play volleyball, played for two years and moved back home to earn a Bachelors in Sociology from UNC. She is passionate about coaching volleyball, giving her time to young athletes. She has been coaching for about 8 years and coaches for a local club, Club One. Samantha also enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, camping and just being with family.
Leslee – NEW

Leslee

Meet our First Impressions Coordinator, Leslee. Born and raised in Southern California, Leslee is married to her high school Sweetheart Andy, and they have been together 18 years. They moved to Colorado in 2005 and have two wonderful kids, Ambria and Kayden. Leslee is a “Customer Service Guru” and used to work at Disneyland. Stop by and see her smiling face at the MAC!
