4 & Under (Coed) – The Mini Rider program consists of girls and boys aged 3 and 4 who assemble once per week on Saturday mornings for approximately 1 hour. At this level it offers an opportunity for parents and players to interact with each other while learning fundamentals and practicing basketball. In Youth Flag Football, the focus is on teamwork in a positive and structured environment. Children will learn aspects of the game that will keep them active and help them develop skills such as hand-eye coordination, leadership and building self-esteem as they improve their technique. Practices for 6U will be held once a week in the evenings. Practices for 8U and 11U will be held twice a week in the evenings.
6U Division – Practice day and times will be determined by volunteer coaches one per week on any day Monday-Thursday. 6U will practice once per week for one hour and a one hour game on Saturdays. Special requests will not be taken after August 11. Scores and standings are not kept in this league.

Join us for TRPR’s youth T-Ball summer program. Registration will begin mid May through the end of May and practices will start June 5th for the 2023 season. This program will focus on the fundamentals of the game including fielding ground balls, catching pop flies, learning to hit, sliding practice, and some hand-eye-coordination. Our summer program will consist of two weeks of practices then 5 weeks of games. TRPR provides team shirts for all registered players. All practices will be held at the Milliken Athletic Complex.

Once games begin your session will remain on the same day but game times will vary from 9am or 10am with the exception of three possible evening games. One of those evening games will be the end of season Big League Night where all games are held at Nelson Farm Park in the evenings.

TRPR is proud to partner with CARA to provide our Track and Field summer program. Registration will begin in early May through late May. Track participants will practice Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-6:30 pm for 5-8 years old and 6:30-7:30 pm for 9-16 years old.
The 2023 season practices will begin June 6th with location TBD. Younger siblings are welcome to attend practices however they will not be allowed to compete in meets. All ages must register if they would like to attend. Meets will be held on Saturdays with no obligation to attend but is highly encouraged. Events can include long jump, softball throw, discus, relays, and many individual races. Individual participants are asked to provide their own running shoes and a water bottle.
A mandatory parents meeting will be held one week prior to the season beginning.

8U-12U – TRPR youth baseball summer season registration will begin in late April through early May. Coaches will meet one week prior to practices beginning and will contact players on their rosters.
TRPR provides coaches with equipment bags that will include bats, catchers gear, helmets, a bucket of practice balls, and game balls. TRPR will also provide jerseys and hats to all registered players. Individual players are asked to provide their own pants/shorts, cleats (rubber only), and a glove.
8U – This is recreation league for players 7 and 8 years old. This is a coach pitch league! This season begins with practices starting the week of May 15th for two weeks. Games will begin in early June for all divisions and can be played any day Monday-Friday in the evenings. Teams will practice in Johnstown/Milliken and play games in Johnstown and Berthoud. TRPR partners with Greeley Evans Youth League and games may be a several locations between Johnstown, Greeley, Windsor, and Berthoud. There is an end of season tournament that will likely go longer than the stated date. The tournament bracket will not be released until mid season and coaches will be notified. 12 & Under – This is an instructional league lead by volunteer parent coaches. 12U will practice twice a week for one hour either Monday Wednesday or Tuesday Thursday beginning the week of March 27. Games will begin April 8 at the Milliken Athletic Complex, Berthoud, or Windsor.
