Grab your rod and fishing gear and head out to Centennial Lake in Milliken for a FREE kids fishing clinic and derby. The Colorado Department of Wildlife & TRPR will be hosting a fishing clinic and providing free fishing rods, and bait (limited quantities). Clinic topics include: laws and regulations, casting, knot tying, fish identification and conservation, ecosystems, angling, as well as fish handling and cleaning. When not participating in a clinic, take some time to fish on your own – the lake will be freshly stocked! Prizes awarded for different categories. Registration is required.
