TRPR Board

Jill has been a resident of Johnstown for 9 years and joined the TRPR board in 2022. She holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Missouri, Kansas City as well as Bachelors Degree in Chemistry. Currently, Jill works for a pharmaceutical company as well as assists her husband, Tyler with the management and bookkeeping of their businesses that they own together, selling hot tubs and saunas all over Colorado. Together they also share 2 children that love sports. This has led to Jill’s passion to ensure our community continues to grow and offer all district children the opportunity to be exposed to and thrive in TRPR programs.

Debbie grew up in a small town in Southwestern Colorado. She and her husband have 3 kids that keep her busy with sports and activities. She is a Contract Admin for a local General Contractor. She enjoys being outside camping, riding ATVs and BBQing.

Tom Fajardo has been a Board Member for the past 6 years. He has also served as an Advisory Board Member for the RHS STEM Program, the Northern Colorado Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, a Board Member for the Hispanic Chamber Foundation in Denver and a United Way Board Member for the Willamette Valley. Tom has worked for State Farm since 1994, has coached Soccer at RHS since 2009 and coached with TRPR prior to that. He has coached Lacrosse at two other high schools and at Sonoma State University. His wife, known as Miss Lori works for Pioneer Ridge Elementary as the Health Clerk and he has three adult children, Aly, Kayla and Josh. Coaching and teaching the youth of how a sports minded individual can help later in life is one of Tom’s passions.

Michelle grew up in the Johnstown/Milliken area and graduated with a Biology degree from UNC. She sells Pioneer seed corn and runs a registered Red Angus herd. Michelle and her family enjoy camping, hiking and playing sports.

Katy and her husband, Trent, have lived in Johnstown since 2013. They have two children who enjoy being involved in sports and other activities through TRPR. Katy likes to be active within the community, volunteering at her kid’s school, sending thank you cards to Veterans, and taking western lifestyle photography. Her family enjoys spending time with their three dogs, camping and traveling.
