Ben Cummings

Treasurer

Ben Cummings

Treasurer

Ben is proud to serve on the Thompson Rivers Parks and Recreation Board of Directors. He works as the Director of Security for a local school district, where he focuses on keeping students and staff safe every day. Outside of work, Ben is all about community. He coaches both recreational and competitive youth sports and loves helping kids grow through teamwork, work ethic and knowledge of the game.

When he’s not coaching, you’ll likely find Ben tending to his lawn (which he’s pretty sure is the best on the block), chasing a round of golf, or spending time with his family. He’s passionate about smoking meats and is always up for perfecting the next brisket or rack of ribs. Above all, Ben enjoys staying connected to the community he loves by volunteering and giving back.

Lindsey Krause

Trustee

Lindsey Krause has been part of the Johnstown/Milliken community for over 25 years. As a parent of four energetic kids, she’s no stranger to busy schedules filled with practices, games, and park outings. Her connection to local recreation runs deep — both as a parent and through her 13+ years of experience working in Parks and Recreation.

Lindsey is excited to serve on the TRPR Board, where she hopes to support programs that make a positive difference in people’s everyday lives. She’s especially interested in helping meet the needs of a growing community while keeping things fun, inclusive, and family-friendly.

Outside of her role on the board, Lindsey loves spending time outdoors, camping, and enjoying lake days with her family.
